"My son has known Christine since pre-kindergarten and he is now 11.  She has consistently been able to challenge my son to speak (not an easy task!) through her intuitive and creative approach that is tailored just for him.  We were told he would never have meaningful speech and now he speaks in full sentences sometimes up to 9 words.  He has gone from essentially being non-verbal  to now sharing his thoughts spontaneously.  As a result, my son is a happy kid and can communicate his thoughts and feelings.  That is something we dreamed about 6 years ago.  Thank you, Christine!"

"Carrie is the first therapist that has addressed the sensory issues that my daughter suffers from.  It has been years of "I don't know" from other therapists.  We are so grateful that Carrie truly cares about our concerns and has addressed them.  She is also tons of fun-OT is fun!  My daughter doesn't realize she's "working" because it is fun to play with Miss Carrie."

"My son was diagnosed with an oral motor disability and we had several therapists prior to Christine, none of which could really help my son with his disability.  Through the feeding therapy, he was taught to chew and swallow without gagging.  Christine was also able to help my son overcome his fear of foods.  He is now eating a normal diet.  I would highly recommend Christine for both her speech services as well as her oral motor and feeding services."

My son started therapy at 21 months old and was unable to speak, know his family members by name (mama/dada), had  little personal eye contact, and struggled with sensory issues.  Having no experience with ST or OT I was amazed at what Wendy and Carrie were able to get my son to accomplish in just 7 short months.  His OT was intense at times and met with reluctance from my 2 year old, but Carrie never gave up. She was always patient and kind but determined to have him continually move forward. Wendy is also patient, encouraging and truly excited every time he accomplishes a goal. We started with signing as well as the affirmation of the words that went with the signing. Soon there were noticeable differences every week we at therapy including  new words, phrases, personal eye contact, muscle development, strength and tolerance of his sensory disorder.  He  is almost on target with fine & gross motor skills, his sensory issues are not as prominent, and his speech is developing daily. I am so happy that Say It Therapy has entered our lives and could not have asked for a better experience or better people to have work with my son.

"My son has autism and apraxia and has been seeing Christine for over a year. Initially he was almost non verbal and unintelligible. Since his sessions with Christine he has made HUGE leaps and bounds.  He is speaking his wants, needs and observations using full sentences. We are so overwhelmingly thankful.  Christine, however, has been more than his Speech Therapist.  I struggle with potty training, sensory needs and IEP goals but Christine is always there to answer my questions, support me and inspire me.  I often find myself becoming complacent until I have a conversation with Christine.  She motivates me to keep advocating for what's best for my son.  My son loves her and so do I."                                                     Gayle R., May 2010

"My daughter had been diagnosed with Mild Autism and sensory integration dysfunction at the age of 2. We have had our daughter in therapy since the age of 1 1/2.  I believe therapy at an early age was the key to our daughter's prognosis today.  We were recommended by a previous therapist, to Mrs. Carrie Kranz.  Carrie is a true professional, she took the time to understand our daughter's needs and immediately implement a treatment plan.  In addition, Carrie took the extra time to do outside field trips to really get involved in the issues that hindered our daughter.  In addition, Carrie recommended assistance from Mrs. Christine Yates.  Christine has a tremedous amount of experience in her field.  I was so impressed how she helped even with the insurance aspect.  They strived in providing the best occupactional/speech services.  They also worked well together in reinforcing their treatment plans, even providing joint sessions.
My daughter, is the greatest gift in life, and I am so thankful I have found these two extremely caring, experienced, and helpful people.  Sofia has made tremedous strides since coming here.  In the past, I had seen improvement but always a revert in progression.  I can honestly say I have only seen improvement."        Lynda W., January 2011
