FOUNDER & CLINICAL THERAPIST

Meet Lasharra Jenkins, MSW, LCSW

Lasharra Jenkins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Mental Health therapist who graduated from University of Alabama with Master’s in Social Worker. She is currently licensed in Texas #107039, Georgia #CSW009690, and Mississippi #C11966.

She believes healing begins when you’re finally allowed to say what you feel—without minimizing it or apologizing. Her work is rooted in the understanding that many people aren’t broken; they’re exhausted from carrying too much for too long.

With both professional expertise and lived experience, Lasharra creates a space that is warm, honest, and grounded. She supports clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions—especially those who have spent years prioritizing others over themselves.

Lasharra is known for her calm presence, direct compassion, and ability to help clients untangle patterns that no longer serve them. She believes growth doesn’t come from “fixing” yourself, but from learning how to feel, set boundaries, and show up authentically—even when it’s uncomfortable.

Her Approach

Therapy with Lasharra is collaborative, intentional, and human. Sessions focus on building insight, emotional regulation, and self-trust while honoring each client’s pace. She integrates evidence-based practices with a relational approach, helping clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Above all, Lasharra believes therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale—where you don’t have to perform, explain away your pain, or have it all figured out.
