Cancellation Policy

For Say It Therapy, I would make the policy warm, clear, and professional—firm on boundaries while still feeling human. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Consistent attendance supports meaningful progress and allows us to provide quality care to all clients.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting for services.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (or the full session fee, if applicable).

No-Show Appointments

Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be charged the full session fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a review of treatment needs and scheduling availability.

Emergencies

We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What To Expect

Therapy is a place where you can show up exactly as you are. You do not need to have the right words, a clear plan, or everything figured out. Together, we will create a space where honesty, curiosity, and growth are welcome.

A Safe Place to Say It

Therapy is a collaborative process. While I bring clinical expertise and guidance, you are the expert on your own experiences. Together, we will explore challenges, identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and work toward goals that matter to you.

Our Work Together

Healing is not linear. Some sessions may feel lighter, while others may bring difficult emotions to the surface. Both are valuable parts of the therapeutic process.

Progress Take Time

Your privacy is important. Information shared in therapy is confidential, except in situations required by law, including concerns regarding safety, abuse, neglect, or court orders.

Confidentiality

Say it. Feel it. Heal anyway. 🌿
